Merchant onboarding
We hardened how businesses join RA DELIVERY. A prospective partner's contact is now saved the moment they enter just an email OR just a phone - even if they never finish the form - so a lead is never lost. Our review team can now see every registration attempt, including partial ones, with the single next step for each. Romanian businesses of any legal form (SRL, PFA, and others) can register without being blocked by an unusual or mistyped company code, and the opening-hours editor no longer overflows on a phone.
Never lose a partner
Previously, if someone started the sign-up form and typed only one contact detail before leaving, nothing was saved. Now the moment a valid email or a phone number is entered, we capture it as a recoverable draft - so our team can follow up instead of the lead disappearing. Anti-spam protections are unchanged and nothing is auto-approved.
A clearer view for our team
The internal review area now lists every registration attempt - including partial and abandoned ones - showing the contact details, the business type and company code (with a note if the code looks off), whether the email is confirmed, which business-verification documents are still needed, and the single next step required. Approvals still require the same safeguards as before.
Every Romanian business form is welcome
The company-code field now accepts SRL, PFA and other legal forms without hard-blocking an unusual or mistyped value - it is saved and flagged for our team to review rather than rejected outright. A business still cannot go live until its verification documents are approved, so this only removes needless friction at the very start.
The bank (IBAN) field is now optional and forgiving of spaces, and the company-code field is labelled 'CUI / CIF' so it clearly fits every business type.
A cleaner form on your phone
The opening-hours editor used to overflow sideways on smaller screens, clipping day names like 'Miercuri' and 'Duminica'. It now lays out cleanly at every width, with no sideways scrolling, while the desktop layout is unchanged.
Safety
Business verification remains mandatory before a merchant goes live - there is no silent bypass. Sign-in, staff permissions, payment safety and privacy protections were not weakened, and every change is additive and reversible. The work shipped with a full automated test suite, type checks across every package, an independent adversarial review, and a live production smoke test.
