We replaced the rigid step-by-step merchant sign-up with a friendly vertical setup menu. Open any section, fill it in, and save it - in whatever order suits you. Add your menu and products before your bank details, come back later for the rest, and pick up exactly where you left off. You can start (and log in) before confirming your email, while going live still needs our team's review. Everything works cleanly on a phone.
Complete your account in any order
Onboarding is now a set of collapsible sections instead of a forced sequence: account and contact, business profile, company and legal details, legal representative (administrator), address, opening hours, delivery and payout details, menu categories, products, business verification, and analytics.
Each section shows its own status - complete, to do, optional, or needs review - saves on its own, and closes when you are done, opening the next thing that still needs attention. Nothing is mandatory up front, so you can add your menu and products first and return for your IBAN whenever you like.
Start now, confirm later
You can begin building your account and saving your progress before confirming your email - a clear banner reminds you to confirm and lets you resend the link. Your work is saved automatically and survives a refresh or a return visit.
Publishing to the marketplace still happens only after our team reviews your business and documents, so this convenience never changes who can actually go live.
Built for phones, and visible to our team
The whole setup menu is designed to fit a phone screen with no sideways scrolling or clipped text. Our review team sees every registration - including partial, in-progress ones - with the legal representative, how many menu categories and products have been drafted, and whether payout details are present, so no promising lead is ever a dead end.
