Prominent registration buttons for partners

Made the partner registration calls-to-action prominent on the homepage for restaurants, stores, fleets and couriers, and verified each flow end to end in a real browser.
What changed
- Added a clear enrolment band with four full buttons: Restaurant, Store, Fleet, Courier.
- Fixed the call-to-action button contrast to meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Verified the merchant and fleet registration flows submit successfully end to end.
