Company auto-fill from CUI is live, restaurant sign-up is email-first, English parity
Growth / Onboarding
Restaurants and stores can now auto-fill their company details from their VAT number (CUI) against the official Romanian ANAF registry, sign-up now starts with email and phone so a request is never lost, and the English partner and fleet pages now match the Romanian lead-first experience.
What changed
- Company auto-fill from CUI is now live: type your VAT number (CUI) and the form fills your legal name, registration number, EUID and address from the official ANAF public registry. You can always review, edit, or fill in manually.
- Restaurant and store sign-up is now email-first: it captures your email and phone in the first step and saves the request immediately, then moves on to company details, so an unfinished application is not lost.
- The English partner and fleet pages are now lead-first with full English copy and a clear 'Already have an account? Log in' link, matching the Romanian pages.
- Fleet sign-up keeps its short two-step, save-contact-first flow in both Romanian and English.
How it was shipped safely
The company lookup uses the official ANAF public REST API and returns only public company registry data - no personal data, no credentials. It is rate-limited and fails over to manual entry if the registry is unavailable. The backend was rebuilt from reviewed source with no change to payments, accounts or security, and every flow was verified in a real browser before going live.
