General rules applicable to RA DELIVERY promotional campaigns
The post for each contest establishes the period, the platform, the mechanism, the prizes and the designation criterion. This framework regulation applies together with the campaign post and does not contain any fields that need to be completed later.

1. Organizer
1.1. The Organizer is PEROMA HUMAN RESOURCES SRL, CUI 45080395, Trade Registry no. J2021001969330, EUID ROONRC.J2021001969330, with its registered office at Str. Mihail Sebastian 31, Bl. S8, Sc. 1, Ap. 27, Sectorul 5, București, postal code 05077, the operator of radelivery.com.
2. Scope
2.1. This regulation applies to the free contests and campaigns organized by RA DELIVERY through its official social media accounts and through radelivery.com, where the campaign post refers to it.
3. The specific campaign
3.1. Each official post indicates the start and end date and time, the territory, the platform, the conditions, the mechanism, the number and nature of the prizes, their value, the selection criterion, the announcement date and the claim method. These elements become part of the regulation for the respective campaign.
4. Eligibility
4.1. A natural person aged at least 18, domiciled or resident in Romania, who meets the conditions of the post and holds an authentic account on the indicated platform, may participate.
4.2. Administrators, employees and persons directly involved in the organization, as well as their spouse and relatives up to the second degree, may not participate. The Organizer may request proportionate proof of eligibility.
5. Participation
5.1. Participation is free of charge and takes place only within the campaign period, through the actions described in the post. A person may have a single entry, unless the post clearly allows more.
6. Participant content
6.1. The content must be original or lawfully used, relevant, must not include third parties' personal data without consent and must not be unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, obscene, misleading or contrary to intellectual property rights.
7. Designation of winners
7.1. Winners are designated by verifiable random draw, speed, correct answer, creativity or another objective criterion described in the post. The Organizer keeps proof of the procedure and applies the same criterion to all eligible participants.
8. Validation
8.1. The announced person must respond through the official channel within a maximum of seven working days and provide only the data necessary for validating and delivering the prize. Failure to respond, ineligibility or false data lead to invalidation and, where the post so provides, to the designation of a reserve winner.
9. Prizes
9.1. The prize is the one described in the post; it may not be transferred or exchanged for money unless the Organizer expressly decides so or the law requires it. Delivery is made within the territory and by the method communicated.
10. Taxes
10.1. The Organizer fulfils the tax obligations incumbent upon it in respect of the prizes, and the winner provides the strictly necessary information. Any personal obligation remaining under the law belongs to the winner.
11. Fraud
11.1. Fake accounts, bots, automated entries, the purchase of interactions, identity theft, copying of content and any manipulation lead to disqualification and may result in withdrawal of the prize.
12. Liability
12.1. The Organizer is not liable for the unavailability of the social platform, the participant's connection, compromised accounts or events beyond its reasonable control. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not excluded.
13. Social platforms
13.1. The contests are not sponsored, administered by or associated with the operators of the social platforms, unless the post expressly indicates otherwise. The participant also complies with the rules of the platform used.
14. Personal data
14.1. Data are processed for entry, validation, communication, and the delivery and taxation of the prize, on the basis of the performance of this regulation and of legal obligations. The data of non-validated participants are deleted after the campaign, and those of winners are retained in accordance with tax obligations and the time limits for the defence of rights.
14.2. GDPR rights may be exercised at [email protected]. Publication of the name or image takes place only within the limits of the information provided, the legal basis and consent where necessary.
15. Amendment and termination
15.1. The Organizer may amend or stop a campaign for objective reasons, fraud, material error, legal obligation or technical unavailability, with the participants being informed. An amendment does not arbitrarily affect rights already acquired.
16. Disputes
16.1. Romanian law applies. Disputes are resolved amicably and, in the absence of a solution, by the competent courts. Consumers retain access to the mechanisms of the ANPC (consumer protection authority).
